WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapeutic technique that helps bridge the gap between the subconscious and conscious mind. Our subconscious mind holds an immense amount of information about our life experiences, which shape our behavior, beliefs, and perception of the world. However, sometimes this information may not be aligned with our current desires, which can cause negative behaviors or emotions. In such cases, hypnotherapy can be a helpful tool to shift subconscious beliefs and create positive change.

 

Hypnotherapy involves accessing the subconscious mind through a gentle relaxation process that leads us to a trance-like state. In this state, the subconscious mind is more receptive to suggestions and imagery. The therapist guides the client through this process, helping them to relax and enter a deep state of relaxation.
