WHAT IS EVOLVED BEING?

We live in a new world, and with this growing level of consciousness comes a plethora of growing pains.

Evolved Being recognizes that to reach our goals, dreams, and individual balance, it takes courage, strength, discovery, and support.


Evolved Being is developed as a support system for people that are looking to discover and cultivate that deeper purpose that lies within.

 

I use the client's goals, hypnotherapy, yoga philosophy, energy balance, and intuition to guide individuals to the answers within their souls.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE HEALING SESSIONS?

Integrative health sessions empower clients to reach alignment. Each healing session is different and designed for the individual. It can include anywhere from just being there for the client in a therapeutic sense, to completing the development of a routine or attaining a specific goal.

 

Integrative Health Sessions use conscious conversation, deep listening, communication, hypnotherapy, activities, coaching, and intuitive healing to help clients reach whole being wellness.

 

Sessions are intended to be relaxing and designed to lead the client to their purpose and goals. 

DO I NEED TO BOOK A CONSULTATION?

Yes. Especially if you are a new client, and we have never spoken before. This appointment is to get to know one another and get us on the same page regarding what you are looking for.

You will only have to book one consultation. All other appointments will fall under their individual service. 

WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is about bridging the gap between the subconscious and the conscious mind. The subconscious is where we store life experiences that have shaped who we are, how we behave, and how we perceive the world. If the knowledge that is stored within the subconscious is not in alignment with how we want to behave, think or see the world anymore, then it must be shifted.

 

Hypnotherapy is the process of shifting. It includes accessing the subconscious through a gentle relaxation process where we enter a trance state. It is here that the suggestion to the subconscious is made to remove any block to the person's goals and replace it with what the person wants. When this is done, behaviors can change, thoughts can change, and we can be allowed to see the world in a new way. 

Hypnosis is always used therapeutically with the highest intentions of the client and practitioner. It is not to be compared with stage hypnosis, which is solely for entertainment purposes. Clients are always in control of their desires, thoughts, and behaviors.
